‘Established’ is the Mundaring Arts Centre’s 30th anniversary celebration of local artistic talent.

In 1979 a vision of an arts centre for the hills region came to fruition with the establishment of the Mundaring Arts Centre in a disused service station on the Great Eastern Highway.  While the original address and amenities have since changed, the mission of the Mundaring Arts Centre remains the same.  The arts centre continues to contribute to the cultural life of the hills region by growing the community’s creative potential, supporting artists and nurturing people of all ages and background to actively engage with the arts.

To mark the 30th anniversary of MAC’s history, this exhibition honours the artists whose passion, energy, loyalty and commitment has been intrinsic to our success and longevity, and whose names have become synonymous with the cultural vibrancy of our community. 

The Mundaring Arts Centre is situated in the hills of Perth in the heart of Mundaring and includes a gift shop featuring a range of giftware by local artists.  Entry is free and the centre is open daily. Gallery hours are weekdays 10am - 5pm. Weekends and Public Holidays 10am-4pm.
